As Korea is not a Muslim country, some products may not be halal-certified. If you have allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know in advance.

Is it hard to get a K-ETA?

K-ETA is an easy online application, and we guide you step by step through the process. Approval is at the discretion of the Korean Government; if a K-ETA is refused, we explain the short-term visa application process in detail.

Can I get a single room or a family room?

Standard accommodation is a double room. If you request a single or family room, there may be an extra cost and the accommodation may be in a different property. Please mention your request when booking.

    Will there be free time?

Yes, the programs include free time. Individual activities during this time are your own responsibility; our guide is happy to make suggestions.

Is there time or space for prayer?

There are no officially set prayer times in the tour program; individual prayer is possible in your hotel room or private spaces. If you wish, you can visit the Seoul Central Mosque in your free time.

    Is travel insurance mandatory?

It is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended for health, accidents and lost luggage. Costs incurred without insurance are the traveler's own responsibility.
