Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply to all travel services offered under the RotaKore brand through rotakore.com, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels, and to the persons who purchase these services (“Guest”). Travel services in Korea are planned and carried out by Rota Korea, a general travel agency registered in Korea. A Guest who approves a quote or makes a payment is deemed to have accepted these terms.

The promotional faces, content creators and partners featured on the site and on social media (for example, Oğuzhan Tıraş) take part in RotaKore’s promotional activities. They are not personally providers of the travel services, and no personal contractual relationship is formed between them and the Guest. The planning and delivery of the travel services, and the responsibility for them, lie with Rota Korea. Tour leaders, curators and guides provide their services on behalf of Rota Korea.
2. Scope of services
Rota Korea plans and organizes travel services provided in the Republic of Korea: personalized (FIT) programs, package programs, day tours, guiding, transfers and private vehicles, accommodation, ticket and restaurant bookings, and clinic appointment coordination under Rota K-Beauty. Accommodation, transport, airline, restaurant, museum, show and clinic services are provided by independent suppliers; Rota Korea acts as an intermediary in planning and booking these services.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Prices are not shown on the site. Prices are given in personalized quotes prepared according to dates, number of travelers, and choice of hotel and vehicle.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote (7 days if none is stated) and are subject to supplier availability and exchange rate changes.
- A booking is confirmed once the Guest approves the program and quote in writing (by WhatsApp or email) and the deposit reaches Rota Korea. A confirmation document is then sent to the Guest.
- The quote and the confirmation document form an integral part of these terms. If they differ, the special terms in the quote or confirmation document prevail.
- The Guest must provide their name, surname, passport and contact details, as well as any special circumstances such as health, dietary needs and mobility restrictions, accurately and completely. The Guest bears the consequences of missing or incorrect information.
4. Payment
- Payments are made only through the secure payment page on rotakore.com, payment links sent by RotaKore, or the company account notified in writing.
- Payments made to the personal accounts of employees, guides, promotional faces or third parties are not valid, and RotaKore cannot be held responsible for them. If you receive a suspicious payment request, please let us know.
- Unless otherwise stated in the quote, payment is made in two stages: a deposit that confirms the booking, and the remaining balance, due no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking may be canceled; in that case the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
- Card details are not stored; payments are processed securely by the payment service provider. The transaction may appear on your card statement under the name of the company that operates the payment infrastructure. Exchange rate differences and foreign transaction fees charged by banks are borne by the Guest.
5. Services included and not included in the price
Only the services explicitly listed in the quote or confirmation document are included in the price. Unless otherwise stated, international flights, visa and K-ETA procedures, travel health insurance, personal expenses, meals and activities not in the program, and tips are not included in the price.
6. Program changes
- The order and content of the program may change due to weather, traffic, public holidays, venue closures, safety and other local conditions. In such cases, Rota Korea offers an equivalent alternative wherever possible.
- No refund is given if the Guest leaves the program of their own accord, or for services they do not use.
- New requests made by the Guest during the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Guest responsibilities
- It is the Guest’s responsibility to hold a valid passport and to meet K-ETA, visa and other entry requirements. Rota Korea provides information and guidance, but permission and entry decisions rest with the Korean authorities. For services that cannot be used because of a K-ETA refusal, denial of entry or missing documents, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
- We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance covering health, accident and baggage risks. Medical and other costs incurred without insurance are borne by the Guest.
- The Guest must comply with the laws of the Republic of Korea and the safety instructions of the guide and suppliers. In the event of behavior that is unlawful, disturbs other guests or endangers safety, Rota Korea may terminate the service without a refund.
- The Guest is responsible for looking after their personal belongings, valuables and documents.
8. Limitation of liability
- Rota Korea plans and organizes its services with care. Liability for damage arising from the acts, omissions, delays and cancellations of independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, restaurants, museums, shows and clinics lies with the supplier concerned; Rota Korea supports the Guest throughout these processes.
- Rota Korea cannot be held liable for services that cannot be performed due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, decisions of public authorities and extreme weather conditions.
- To the extent permitted by law, Rota Korea’s liability is limited to the total amount collected for the booking concerned. Indirect damage and loss of profit are excluded; cases in which liability cannot be limited by law are unaffected.
9. Rota K-Beauty: medical and aesthetic services
- Rota Korea is not a healthcare institution and does not provide medical services. Under Rota K-Beauty, it provides consultancy, clinic and appointment coordination, interpreting, and accommodation and transport planning.
- All medical assessments, diagnoses, treatments and procedures are carried out by independent clinics and physicians licensed in Korea. Eligibility for treatment and the treatment decision are agreed between the physician and the Guest.
- Results vary from person to person; Rota Korea does not guarantee any particular result. Responsibility for complications, side effects and medical disputes that may arise from medical procedures lies with the clinic and physician concerned. Rota Korea provides the Guest with Turkish-language communication and coordination support in these processes.
- Clinic fees and the cancellation and refund terms of clinic appointments are subject to the rules of the clinic concerned.
- The Guest must disclose their medical history, the medications they take and their allergies to the clinic accurately and completely.
10. Photos and videos
Photos and videos taken during tours may be used in RotaKore’s promotional materials with the Guest’s permission. The Guest can tell us at any time, at info@rotakoretravel.com, that they do not want their images to be used.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and tour programs on the site belong to Rota Korea or its licensors; they may not be copied without permission or used for commercial purposes.
12. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
- Complaints and requests can be sent to info@rotakoretravel.com or to our WhatsApp line. So that problems during the trip can be resolved on the spot, they must be reported to your guide or our team immediately. Rota Korea responds to written complaints within 7 business days at the latest.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction over disputes. The Guest’s rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Changes
Rota Korea may update these terms. Each booking is subject to the terms in force on the date it is confirmed.
